vending machine business

My dear friend is continuously talking about her desire to buy a few units of vending machines that she'll place on my elementary school ground. Quite interesting I must say, since it'll be a new thing for that campus, first time actually, just in case her plan push through. And that would make the kids go gaga over the various of goodies inside the vending machine that they can buy as easy as 123! It made me remember my first time using this selling machine, and let me tell you, it was such a great feeling! As if I gained my freedom for the first time!
Anyways, I hope my friend finds a great deal on this business plan of her and I wish her so much luck, who knows, we can put up together another few units and place it in another public spot! that would be really cool!

So how was your week guys? mine was of course, as expected a so-so kind of week, nothing spectacular or especial, just the usual. Though there are some new things that I learned about, surprisingly I'm loving every bit of additional knowledge, the unexpected ones that are actually not sort of related to what I do in life or those that has no effect on me and my life even if I know every single part of it. Anyways, thank heavens to those additional knowledge, at least I'm continually feeding my mind with so much information. Anyways, this week I found and learned about this Fort Worth Truck Accident Attorney and the great things they can do to help those who had a truck accident. Didn't know that there is a specialization on that field until I read about it somewhere online and honestly? it's pretty interesting huh!

So we are about to hit summer time! and it only means one thing... vacation! And with that, I am (as of now) already thinking of getting into cosmetology school even for a couple of months, you know, a little know how is better than just bumming around the house doing nothing the entire summer months! So there, since a part of me likes to experiment with colors and make ups, learning a thing or two in cosmetology is perfect! I'd be able to try it out on my friend and have them photographed too! with that, my make up portfolio is soon to happen! Isn't that great?!

I was tagged by Peach...


Here are eight things that you'll probably don't know about me...


1. I graduated from a Catholic School since Elementary up to College. I know I don't sound like I was from a catholic school hahaha!


2. I experienced sleeping in the Bathroom. It was two years ago during our company outing. I was very very drunk and I ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor after throwing up several times! Very embarrassing! I learned my lesson well, not to go straight to the bed after drinking much.


3. I can read very fast and continuously. I have read the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in 16 hours non stop. I started 6:00 pm and ended past 10:00 am the following day!


4. I always dreamed of becoming a Lawyer, but unfortunately all I had was 12 units of Business Law (Law on Obligations and Contracts, Partnership and Corporation Law and Law on Sales Agency and Bailments) and 3 units of Constitutional Law. Good thing that Atty. Alvarez conducts his class the same way in law schools (recitations, case studies etc..) so we had a glimpse of how is it to be a law student.


5. I don't wear a watch. I am not comfortable wearing one.


6. I know how to do cross-stitch! I've done some during my younger years but I haven't framed them.


7. I am afraid of needles...

If I am to enumerate the romantic sights there is I'm pretty confident that the beach would be on the top of the list. Keep our Hearts Burning with LOVE

Since it is hearts day, I am trying to compose a nice post. Forgive me for my poor post :)

As an observer most of the time, I saw different love stories unfold before my eyes. Some succeeded, some failed. But then again, when love is present, its presence cannot be denied. I have seen a lot of people fell in love. And most of the time, it brings out a magical and unexplainable aura in one’s face. Maybe because the warmth that comes from the heart gives a different glow.

Love is magical, so we must celebrate its existence. Valentines Day is not only for lovers, as long a person feel the warmth of love, he or she has the reason to celebrate Heart’s Day. Any way we all have hearts that beat, if not we might be dead.

I just wanted to share a thought from a person who has shed me light in the matters of the heart.

Love has no room for selfish people who think only of themselves. If we have been too busy with our work, have been kept by our distorted priorities then it's about time that we stop for a while and think about the people who we might have stepped on and taken for granted. Love isn't forever. Let us not wait too long to appreciate those who have unselfishly given it to us for all that may be left tomorrow are just the bitter and cold memories of someone who loved too much but was never loved enough.

So do not wait for another Valentines Day to let someone know that you love them. Make every day a Valentines Day and don’t wait for occasions to let them feel the warmth of love. No need for flowers, chocolates or fancy dinner. Just appreciation and a sincere “I love you”.

To everyone Happy Valentines Day! Let us keep our hearts burning with love!

summer outing for the company

I heard that my previous company is about to have a grand summer outing this April, though it is well kept as a surprise for everyone. You see, last year (when I was still working there) we weren't able to have one summer escapade provided by the company itself, as we all know it was the bottom fall of the economy during that time so we can't really asked for an all expense paid trip for us all. But then again, it's just another story now, the top management actually promised of having one for this year! I wonder if it is one of those Riviera maya family vacation kind of thing, where employees can bring along their families as well - which will the first time to happen, if ever. So there, I am so white with envy, thinking of the fantastic time my previous co employees will have! Oh how I wish to be there too!

poato lover pau-pau

I love potatoes so much, I know its quite obvious in my size. I've been a potato lover all my life. I can consume a grande size NY Fries in a snap with Kathy (I miss this mare!), eat Mashed Potato like peanuts, treat french fries like chips, never forgot hash brown when having breakfast at Mc Donald's and go crazy over baked potatoes! Sometimes I just sliced them thinly seasoned with salt and deep fry them.

Last night, it was raining so hard, I'm not feeling good, I'm upset, my emotions were down. I want to cheer myself up, and somehow empty my mind of things that's bothering me even for the mean time. My first option was have some drinks with friends (How I miss the alcohol in my veins! LOL!) but it didn't push through because my "Ninang" Dhel (Antoninos/Light Drinking Buddy) is dealing with stomachache. So I just thought of indulging with a basket of Shakey's Mojos. I shared it with Abby along with some sentiments and "chismis" on the side. The Mojos lightened the burden somehow, just forget about the calories! :)

I really missed Dairy Queen Rocky Road Blizzard! The ice cream with cashew nuts and marshmallows served upside down! Great for these very unusual weather! (I thought that in the start of the "ber" months the temperature would go down, but I guess it's not!)

Thanks to "craving" of Ate Agie, we all enjoyed this treat! But I noticed that their marshmallows became smaller. Never the less I really enjoyed my Blizzard and I'm looking forward for another refreshing treat! Paging Ate Agie! Paging Ate Agie! hahahaha!

This is the everyday me, with my glasses. My vision is really worsening so I really have to wear glasses now. This picture was taken at Caylabne Resort, an almost 2-hr drive prime resort from our town. The long journey is evident in my hair, I haven't fixed it when this photo was taken. One more thing, I think this photo is somehow fit to be a campaign poster hahaha!

Ray ban is ooooh!

Top gun is one of my all time favorite movie, basically because Tom Cruise is the lead star on that flick! And aside from that, maybe because I love his Ray Ban Aviator Sunglasses and how he strut himself throughout the film! There was even a time when I wished for a for her version of that ray ban shades, until it happens now! Hollywood celebs were the one who first strut this super iconic sunglasses model and it's really making a huge wave on the fashion world. So did I get one for myself?! well of course! though it's still on the planning stage because buying from here would be very expensive, gotta find online sites that offers great discounts on this brand the soonest :D

i missed her

We have not spoke for a long time, We have not seen each other for such a long time. She drops by my blog, she sends messages, I do reply sometimes. But when we came face to face it was different.

The wall collapsed and I felt that we were back in the days when we used to teach her how to cook. She can't even fry an egg before and maybe now she cooks the best meals for her family.I remember the dinners and meals that we shared, corned beef and spam when we are too lazy to cook. There was a time that we forgot to spare some for her pet dog "Buloy". The popcorns and endless stories that we shared. The surprised eighteenth birthday that we planned with her (how come it was a surprise!). The getaways with her red car. The letters, the letter that she gave me and Joanne on our high school retreat written in a long violet cartolina that she cut and pasted together.

One thing was clear, I missed her, I missed her so much. I missed her stubbornness, her sweetness.
