I love eating Tikoy, in fact it is one of my favorite rice-made recipe! And to satisfy my cravings, here is what I found online on how to make my own tikoy.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup ground malagkit 1 3/4 cup water 1 cup white sugar Procedure: Mix all the ingredients. Put in line cheesecloth molder and steam for 30-45 minutes or until done. Let them cool. Slice into thin and half fry then dip in beaten egg and fry again. But if worst comes to worst, and you don't have the luxury of time to do one for yourself, just buy one at your favorite Chinese delicacies store as it comes in many variants and yummy flavors too!
